About Me

• I am currently an Associate Professor with the In-Service Master Program in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, College of Medicine, Taipei Medical University (TMU), Taiwan. I am also a joint Associate Professor with the International Master/PhD Program in Medicine (IGPM-TMU), International Ph.D. Program for Cell Therapy and Regeneration Medicine (IPCTRM-TMU) and TMU Research Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine.
• Prior to joining TMU, I was a Research Fellow at the Medical Humanities Research Cluster, School of Humanities, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. I received my MS and PhD degree in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Graduate Program in Biomedical Informatics, Yuan Ze University (YZU), Taiwan.

• March 11, 2026. Our paper A CT radiomics signature enables risk stratification and survival prediction in colorectal liver metastases has been published in Physics in Medicine & Biology.
• February 16, 2026. Our paper EPINTLM: enhancer–promoter prediction with pretrained k-mer embeddings and residual cross-attention has been published in Briefings in Bioinformatics.
• February 12, 2026. Our paper C5aR1 and cGAS/STING, and their possible involvement in radiosensitivity of colorectal cancer has been published in iScience.
• December 24, 2025. Our paper Translational deep learning models for risk stratification to predict prognosis and immunotherapy response in gastric cancer using digital pathology has been published in Journal of Translational Medicine.
